What are you supposed to do with unpaid status?

    We just launched registration and things are going great. One question is what do we do with unpaid status? They submitted the form but not payment. Our payment integration is through Braintree.

    Is there a Machform link we can send them to complete their credit card information? Or is this something we need to enter into Braintree?

    Trying not to cause duplicates.

    Those unpaid status will automatically updated to "paid" once the client completed the payment. If this is not the case with your MachForm, most likely there is something wrong.
