    A common requirement on our site is to know what page the visitor visited before submitting the form. Any suggestions to convey this information?

    So you would like your form to be pre-populated with this referrer page URL? and then being included during form submit as hidden field?

    I'm interested in this as well. I have a form on a landing page that we are using for PPC advertising. I want to know how they were referred to that page. Amy suggestions would be great!
