User Agreement Field

    How would you go about creating a User Agreement field.

    For Example:

    1. A Paragraph Box containing the terms and conditions the person signing up should accept. (This box would be non-editable, and would not be sent with the form submission)
    2. A checkbox below #1 which is required (this part is easy).

    Hi,

    How if you use "section break" field for your agreement terms and add check box below it with requirement validation?
    Machform will not send the section break data when form submission.
