I thought we were supposed to get account information for /user/ when we purchase the license. That's what happened a year ago, But I've bought two licenses in the last 2 months, but no access. Is this because I already have an account?
I'm in the process of moving domains, and I might need to re-install, so I will need to download again, that's why i'm curious..
My understanding is that you get a user account. Visit http://www.appnitro.com/user
and use your firstname_lastname (in that format) to log in. Can't remember if the password is left blank or they send you one.

You should received the user account email. Check your Spam/Junk folder, in case it goes there.
