   Wonder if you can help - everything has been working fine for a long time, then suddenly this week file uploads no longer show in notification emails or in the Machform panel. The files are uploaded and accessible by ftp, but they have not had the .tmp extension deleted. Something simple I'm sure, but would appreciate your help! Using v4.2

   Try to change the folder permission of your "files" folder. Change it to 777 (CHMOD 777)

   Hmm, it's strange. Tried that, but no luck. The uploaded .tmp file has 644 permissions but the folder is set to 777. Any other thoughts?

   Just an update,

   Problem has been fixed by upgrading to php v5.3 (was v5.2).

   v5.4 created a new error but I'll look into that in the new year.
