I'm the first to admit that I'm not very website savvy.
I'm fairly confident that I did steps 1 & 2 of the installation process correctly, but I'm stuck on step 3. I don't know how to upload the files onto my cPanel, or even where to upload them. I also read step 4 and I have no idea what it is saying. if you could please explain what else I have to do to get machforms working, that would be great!
p.s. I'm on a mac - does that make a difference?

You can use the File Manager from your cPanel to upload the files.
Regarding step #4, that would be opening your web browser and then type the address below within the address bar:
http://www.example.com/machform/installer.php
replace the domain example.com with your own domain.
That would open the installer page.
However, if you are having difficulty, simply let us know your cPanel login info (email us) and we'll help you with the setup.
