    My forms are ready to go...where do i put the Code to make them appear on my website, and how do I integrate them into a document? For example a Pdf

    Hi,

    You can use machform embed code to put the form on your website. If I'm not wrong, bludomain is flash based web site. If so you can create an external link through bluadmin then copy-paste machform "simple embed code" to there.

    Anyway I'm not clear with "integrate into a document", could you explain me more about that ?

    To integrate into a document..for example, I want my PDF document , that has all the information about my sessions, prices etc, I want the forms to appear there , or at least have a link there, so my clients can sign the terms and agreements from there....
    I wanna create a Clients only section so I don´t think that creating the external link will work in this case...

    The form can't be embedded inside PDF document. However, you can link from there.
    Simply copy the link of your form there.

    Or click "Embed Code" and choose Simple Link to get the link of your form.
