   My website is relatively apecialist and I want to offer site visitors the option of uploading files with a gpx extension. These are files that provide details of the route of a walk in xml format listing latatiude and longitude co-ordinates.

   I see from the options for file upload that this file format cannot be selected. How do I work around this problem and gpx as an allowed extension?

   @LouJ: What version of Machform are you using? It is easy to do what you want in version 4 and I think it was the same in version 3.

   You can edit your form, click the file upload field and adjust the "Limit File Upload Type" property. You can either define blocked extensions or allowed extensions.
