Unable to login to my control panel

    Hi,
    I have been getting a 'session has been expired' message whenever I have tried sending a test email so decided to remove the machform folder and reinstall with the latest release. All appears to have been installed correctly but when I try to enter my user name and password (which are both correct) for access to my control panel, both user name and password disappear and I'm left with the same login screen !

    I have raised a ticket with my hosting providers but they insist it's a coding issue despite the fact that (a) the program was working fine when first installed and (b) a new updated version of machform has been installed.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Not sure about the session error (perhaps you need to enable session cookies in your browser).

    Given you've reinstalled Machform, and now the login is not functioning, check your config.php to make sure all the correct settings have been entered (it sounds like you did the new installation but over-wrote the original config.php file containing your user login and database information.

    Check the config.php file for:

    Admin User/password
    Database/user setttings
    Email server settings

    The other thing to check is to make sure the browser accepts (session) cookies

    If these are correct, and still have problems, I suggest you lodge a help/installation request with Yuniar (http://www.appnitro.com/forms/view.php?id=2)

    Hey, I just installed and have the same problem accessing my admin panel...and I am a new user. What do I do? I know I have the password and username correct, because if I enter either incorrectly I get an error message to that effect.
