recently discovered Machform - working beautifully :)
I have one problem now - and I cannot solve it - wondering if I missed something during install? Or any settings....? - I'd appreciate any help with this...
I can't seem to get the upload feature to work as it should :'(
The file upload works fine, when downloading the form data as excel - the information is there - but there is an error... the message gets sent through, the image link within the mail however returns an error.

When I put the cursor over the link 10385c8416.jpg it reads:

</blockquote>When clicked - the link to the uploaded jpg returns a 404 error page....
any thoughts, tips or solutions would be very much appreciated :)
