    Yuniar:

    Have you considered the idea to include a start/end date or timestamp so the forms be active only during that segment of time?

    I believe it would be nice to include it.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    Actually, I haven't received many requests regarding this.
    I suppose it would be useful for job application form, registration and the like.

    Hmm.. I'll think about it.
