text in between dropdowns/checkboxes

I am trying to do a form with range in it. I am aware on how to make multiple elements in a single line but NOT a text element in between them.

more like [] to []

how do i add the text "to" in between dropdowns/checkboxes?

Try to add a section break field between each field, it would be like this :

[dropdown] [section break "to"] [dropdown]

Then make it same line with the method that posted in here :

thanks for the reply. but unfortunately, the section break "line" appears to interfere on how the first dropdown works.

Maybe its just me... can you give me like an example code to test, please? thanks!
