sudden error for form that previously worked without problems.

    A form that worked perfectly for several weeks now shows the following error

    Error Sending Webhooks! Error Code: ()string(0) ""
    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/pryaawwp/public_html/machform/includes/helper-functions.php:369) in /home/pryaawwp/public_html/machform/view.php on line 115

    Please help!

    I have a similar problem:
    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/shipwrig/public_html/machform/includes/entry-functions.php on line 355

    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/shipwrig/public_html/machform/includes/entry-functions.php:355) in /home/shipwrig/public_html/machform/embed.php on line 93

    @ fmf321 -- are you using the webhook (send form data to another website) functionality? The problem seems to be coming from there.

    @ kennykfromthebay -- that is actually different issue. where did you saw that error message? when displaying the form? or when trying to submit the form?
