Hello,
I am pretty much a newb to forms and coding, so please respond with complete code if possible.
I would like to redirect every download request (there are not that many, maybe a dozen) to a form that collects anonymous data via two sets of radio buttons, then redirects to to the desired download file. I want the form to collect the 3 data points (2 from radio buttons, and which file is downloaded). How do I accomplish this?
