Submit Button not visible

    We have had multiple forms rendering without the submit button. Sometimes refreshing the screen resolves the issue, most times it does not.

    Are you using the javascript code to embed the form? Also, is it possible to let us know the URL of the page where you embed the form?

    No, I am not embedding. It is a public form at www.cincinnatichristian.org/digitalconversion.

    On your theme, it appears you selected to use an image button rather than a text button. Did you upload an image to use then for your button?
