   I have a form for a client, it was working sweet till last friday when all of a sudden this error is popping up when you hit the submit button. (there is a long pause then this error pops up)

   can anyone help me with this?

   Based on the error message "Connection could not be established with host smtp.1and1.com",,, it looks like your website server is having trouble connecting to the SMTP server to send the email.

   Try to turn off SMTP server from your Setting page.

   If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact your hosting tech support and let them know, since this is connection issue.
