   When I try to submit a form, I get this error:

   SQL: [83] select element_22 coupon_element from ap_form_22472 where id = ? and status = 1 Params: 1 Key: Position #0: paramno=0 name=[0] "" is_param=1 param_type=2 Query Failed: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'element_22' in 'field list'

   It looks like you have enabled "Coupon Code" on your payment setting, but no field is being selected as the coupon code field. So make sure to add a "Single Line Text" field into your form first, and then select the field as the coupon code field on your payment setting page.
