Single field for full name

    Hi there,

    How could I edit the code to just have a single 'full name' field, ie. not have separate fields for 'first name' and 'last name'? Is this a relatively simple thing to do?

    Hi Phil,

    Why you not use "single line text" field as the name field ? I think it would be easier
