When I try to run the installation.php I receive the following error:
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.
OK, I have that fixed, but now when I try to log-in it goes nowhere.

Sorry but the error comming from the server . I need know how to fix this problem in the server.
What is your hosting company? Is it Powweb?
If so, I think you need to enable/activate CGI from your control panel.
