   I have a form where {element_3} is the users email address, if I put in {element_3} for the value of email address in the edit_entry.php (as below)
   it sends the email to the entry im editing which is what I want so that works fine however the email box shows {element_3} instead of actual email address, is there an way to show the the actual email and not {element_3}

   <input type="text" value={element_3} class="text" name="dialog-email-entry-input" id="dialog-email-entry-input" />

   I'm afraid template variables aren't available within the PHP file itself. It only available within the success page, or email content template.
