    Just a humble suggestion, but maybe the SSL-Addon folder should be included in the downloaded archive file. Thanks for the fast response btw, I hadn't had a chance yet to thank you.

    Have question. Do I replace the original files with the files that are in the SSL certificate folder? My goal is the encrypt these created forms with my ssl certificate. I also wanted to know will I be able to set up my site where customers can click on a link and the form pop up and they fill it out? Adding to that question once they are done and hit submit I wish for it to go to my email box.... is that possible? THank you much
