You could remove the "Powered by MachForm" link by editing this file: includes/view-functions.php
Around line 1666 you will see the text. Simply remove it from there.

You are allowed to remove the "Powered by.." notice which displayed on the resulting form, but you are not allowed to remove it from the form manager (admin panel).
However, we really appreciate if you could link back to us in some other way.

Hi how do i removed it from the received email and all other pages i will leave it on the admin panel but i can't have someone elses link show up on my clients website and even wrose email.

To remove it from the received email, you should edit this file: includes/helper-functions.php
Around line 375 you will see the text. Remove it from there.
