Record edition not possible after modification of address field requirement

    I have modified the address field according to this post

    so that the State/Region is not required and doesn't show anymore.

    It works great in the form, however when I try to edit a record in the Entries page, I get the message that I need to fill out some required information in the address field.

    Obviously it's the State/Region one.

    How can I fix that so I can edit records?

    Make sure to do the modification to your post-functions.php file as well, as mentioned on the last part of that post.
