   I am new to Mach Form, and have loved it so far!

   I have one form that I recently created and when I click on Entries, I get a plain white page with an error message that simply states "Query Failed".

   Any idea what may be going wrong? All of my other forms work just fine....

   What version of MachForm do you use? Is it possible for you to contact us directly and let us know the login to your machform please?
