Problems setting up second form

    Hi my name is Garry. This is my first post to the forum. I would appreciate any help with this issue

    public_html/machform/includes/view-functions.php on line 621

    Line 621: foreach ($element->options as $option){

    Hi,

    Just noticed I left out some information that may be required

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in public_html/machform/includes/view-functions.php on line 621

    Line 621: foreach ($element->options as $option){

    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at public_html/machform/view.php on line 89)

    Line 89: header("Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8");

    Hi Garry,

    I've checked into your form and it seems one of the dropdown there (Select a Category) doesn't have any options at all, hence the error.

    I recreated the dropdown and fixed it.
    You might want change the categories again.
