Pre-sales: how many licenses?

    Hi,

    my development and deployment process will look like this:

    1) I'll develop the integration of MachForm with my app on my local development machine.
    2) I'll then deploy everything to a temporary integration server
    3) If all is alright, the app will be installed on the production machine.

    How many licenses do I have to buy to support this process? Are licenses coded to only work on a particular domain name?

    For that purpose, single license would be just fine.
