   I know this is in here somewhere but i cant find it and have looked for the past few days. I need to know how to get form submissions to post into our auto responder and or lead management platform. Thanks in advance for any and all help!

   You can go to "Notifications" page and turn on the "Send Form Data to Another Website".

   Here's an example on how to do it with MailChimp:
   http://www.appnitro.com/blog-mailchimp-integration

   the steps should be similar for any other platform.

   Any idea on how I could use MachForm in the same way and insert form submission data to a google sheet?
