   There seems to be a bug in version 4.5. In version 4.4, when a person receives an email after filling out a form, the data is to the right of the field label as shown below:

   Name John Smith

   In version 4.5, the data is below the field name as shown below:

   Name
   John Smith

   This makes it harder to read and takes up twice the number of lines in the email.

   The data is not displayed properly when viewing the email using Outlook 2007 on a local machine.
   The data is not displayed properly when viewing the email using the hotmail.com web client.
   The data is displayed properly when viewing the email using the GMAIL web client.

   Same problem in Outlook 2013. I like it to the right like the older versions.
