Other Challenges Besides reCAPTCHA

    Hello,

    Thanks for developing MachForm. My first attempt at integrating a contact form looks pretty good, thanks to your software:

    I am not a big fan of any CAPTCHA technology, mainly because I find the test words hard to read. I often have to request new words several times before finding ones that are somewhat legible.

    Will you consider offering the option of simpler challenges, like:

    1) What is 3 + 4), or other simple math problems? I sometimes see these problems when searching a forum, but not logged in.

    2) What's the third word of "the crazy brown fox jumped over the lazy dog"?

    grantwood: That should be the "The quick Brown fox jumped over the lazy dog" ;-).

    There's the normal captcha (as alternative to ReCaptcha), but yes, having standard questions like you suggest, and others like "What color is the sky" or other random questions would be a good option.

    Yuniar - can you remove the post by shoes30 (***Spam***) and block that user?

    Is there a way to introduce a captcha for this BBPress forum?

    haha.. I actually hate captcha as well (any kind of it) but we're considering to put a simple text based captcha indeed.
