   I'm looking to create a machform Order form with multiple options, and a Matrix would be the best solution (similar to the Matrix choice component of machform) is there a way to modify the code of the Matrix choice component of a form, so rather than check boxes it would have numeric fields.

   Alternatively my option would be to manually build the matrix with multiple number fields, in which case i need to be able to create various text labels for the rows and columns, is there a method to create such a component (i.e. Text only).

   Unfortunately, it's not easy to modify the matrix choice field (this would require lots of custom coding).

   The closest thing you can do is to align your text fields into columns, using this method:
