Hi! Is it possible to integrate a Notify Delivery System ?
To send an email (on the email in the field "email"), when a form has been filled in and validate. I would like that the person who filled the form received an email of confirmation that the form has been well completed.
How and where can i add a php code ?

Yes, that is possible. No need to add any php code.
All you need to do is add an email field to your form and then go to control panel, click "Emails" menu.
On the right side of the page (Your Users), simply choose the designated email field name.
This would send confirmation email to any person who filled your form. To customize the email content, simply click "more options".
