Not receiving Email of entry


  1. I've been using Machform for a couple years and it's been great. We just now want to use the function of emailing selected entries.

    When I click the button and enter my test email address, it all seems fine (says email has been sent) but I don't receive the email.

    Editing Post: Ack! Just got it...*very* long delay, but it did come through! Sorry...

  2. Just an additional info. If your email constantly getting delayed, I suggest to contact your hosting company and let them know. This is most likely due to unreliable SMTP server/mail transfer agent on your website.

  3. I am having this same issue, however it was discovered we hadn't receive emails from an entry since 9-8-10. We also can't foward the email from the machform portal. I had to export the data in a spreadsheet. Please advise.
