I have created a form no problem, shows fine in the viewer of the admim panel. I have striped the view.css of all embeded styling. I just cut and paste the advance php code snippet into a str8 a .php file and the form works correctly but has no style. Does not look at the one in viewer at all. It works but looks like an ugly css form. Can you please put in the right direction?

It did some more testing and it seems the forms display correct when I use the Iframe integration but not the php integration.

Is there any other css code in your php file ?
it might be the css code got interference with your php css code . Is it possible to post your page url in here ? we will check it .
