No Longer Forwarding Contents Of Form To My email

    I am new to this. However my Mach Form has been forwarding all the registrations for my seminar to my email in box perfectly for months. Suddenly that is no longer happening. The email is the same and set up correctly. What could be the problem? I would very much appreciate your help.
