[NEW RELEASE] Version 2 is ready!

    Hello folks,

    Finally, we have the first major new release! Version 2 is ready for download. :-)
    All current customers are eligible for this major upgrade, for free.

    To download, login to customer area ( http://www.appnitro.com/user ) using your username which sent to your mail when you purchased MachForm and go to download section.

    There are many new features and improvement in version 2, for more detail, check this:

    Nicely done! The new features are very welcome indeed, and it speaks volumes about your business savvy to include this as a free upgrade for us 1.2 users. Customer for life right here!

    The only thing I would comment on, it would be very nice indeed if you added a table prefix for the database portion, so that I didn't have to create a new database for machform. It's not the biggest thing, but it would help clean up my site a great deal!

    Thanks for the suggestion. I agreed that table prefix would be a very nice addition.

    Had some problem upgrading get the following error any ideas where I screwed uP?

    select form_name, form_description, form_redirect, form_success_message, form_password, form_unique_ip, form_frame_height, form_has_css, form_active, form_captcha, form_review from ap_forms where form_id='2' Query failed: Unknown column 'form_review' in 'field list'

    Only have two forms maybe would be better to start over.

    Have you run the upgrade.php script?
    Was there any error message?

    I will figure it out later. I did another install without any forms and worked fine. Easier to just remake those 2 forms than worry about it.

    Oh yes I did have one other question. Where in the CSS file do you change the color of the title and description

    Here:

	border-bottom:1px dotted #ccc;
	clear:both;

	margin:0 0 1em;
}

    simply insert your color property there.

    I wonder if we can use Oracle for this form? if so, how to install/configure OCI or other drivers?

    I purchased version 1.2 on march/28/2008 and I can't log in to the user area to download ver 2. Also, can't "get a new password" because it won't accept my username (ggmaury) or my email address saying "is not recognized as a user name or an email address.".
    Can you help?

    After the upgrade my latin1 characters are all messed up. What can I do to fix that besides editing all text I have inserted? :)

    Newbie question, Yunair helped install machform for us and MAn we love it. I just downloaded version 2 and i am wondering if i attept to install it will it overwrite our current forms ? is anybuddy able to hlep in the installation process please?

    emmi -- do you have lot of entries? is it possible for you to export your mysql data and import it again?

    Or.. try to to edit your includes/db-core.php, search for this line:
    mysql_query("SET NAMES utf8");

    try remove that line.

    cybersaint777 -- try to follow the upgrade instruction above.

    Those steps won't overwrite your current forms.
