New Install - Header errors prevent anything from working

    I just installed the software. I installed into a subfolder called crla. Here is the url: http://www.invoicemailing.com/crla/machform/index.php

    When I go to this page, I get this error:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/invoicem/public_html/crla/machform/config.php:1) in /home/invoicem/public_html/crla/machform/index.php on line 46

    Any quick help would be greatly appreciated. I have attempted to seach the forum and have tried everything I can for about 2 hours now. I was able to get it to "kinda" work but nothing has fixed the issue.

    Hi,

    it seems you've a hidden/extra character in config.php line 1. Mostly this problem come from text editor, try to open "config.php" file with another text editor like notepad++. Then make sure there is no another character before <?php

    Well, you are exactly right. I used UltraEdit to edit the config file. Never had a problem with it in the past. In order to fix the issue, I opened config.php in UltraEdit and changed the encoding to ascii. Then re-uploaded to the server and it is working fine now. Thank You.
