$NaN Error

I have upgraded my Machform to Version 4.2 - and per this forum, I see the $NaN error is supposed to be resolved, however I am still experiencing issues.

When I fill out a form for payment, the review page shows the $ amount as $NaN. I have it set to check/cash, so no payment is processed at the end - only an amount is given for reference to the client.

Also, the client's confirmation e-mail does not include a copy of their signature, even though the confirmation sent to me, does.

You can review the particular form here:

Also FYI: I don't mind if you want to create a fake entry simply to see the error for yourself.

Another thing I've noticed since posting is that the borders on all of the form fields are very thick since upgrading/creating a new form. I can't seem to find a way to change them back to the thin borders I had before. I've tried all options in the theme editor, as well as checked various other themes available.

I prefer them to have the thin borders... is there a code I can put that will change all fields on the page? Thanks!

An example of how they looked previously can be seen here:

I've just checked your forms and it seems to be fine now. Have you fixed it?
Try to delete your browser cache and restart it.

Weird - it is fixed and I don't believe I did anything differently. Maybe days have passed and it recached correctly. Thanks for your time!

I do still have the issue with the thick borders, though I realized only just now that you can't see it in the posts I linked you to. Here is one with the thick borders around the paragraphs:

Anyway to make them look like the older versions (without the thick edges)?

    Thanks!
