   The PHP mail function on your server doesn't seems to be working properly. I suggest to contact your hosting tech support and let them know, since this is server issue.

   Alternatively, try configure your MachForm to use SMTP server.

   I think i need to reinstall machform as my webhost changed the name of the server. i think that may be the issue. I have contacted my webhost support and they have told me nothing is wrong.

   For me it is still not work:

   Then I set SMTP it's also error, different but anyway also error. Any ideas?
