    How can I create multiple reports with different widgets?

    I'm afraid you can only create a single report for each form.
    However, you can have as many widgets as you want.

    If you would like to build multiple reports, with different sets of widgets, simply create a page (simple HTML page) and embed the widgets there.
    This way, you can have multiple reports, using your own custom pages.
