Moving Data from Flat Files to the mySQL Database

    Hi,

    When Machform was setup by our admin over a year ago it was setup to store data from the Machform into flat files, now we need to instead work from mySQL. Is it possible to move or convert all existing data into the mySQL database and work from here going forward?

    What is the flat file format? SQL file?

    If it is SQL dump file, then yes, it is possible to import that file into mysql database again.

    Other than that, I'm not sure, depends on your flat file format.
