My website is a membership driven site. I want to restrict access to certain pages in my website to only those members who have paid membership fees. How can I utilize Machform to do this?

Hmm... For that purpose, I don't think MachForm is really what you are looking for. I suggest to get a full featured membership application, instead of form builder.
