I am currently looking at MachForm as a way of providing non-technical end users the ability to create custom forms. The project is in jsp/javascript. Would it be possible to integrate MachForm into this project and/or redirect the final output of MachForm to be handled by my own processes.

If you only need to use the form template and use your own processing code, you might want to use our free online service instead.
You can use this:

The functionality of your free service is more than enough for what I am trying to provide and the saved output is compatible with the processing I would like to do. However, I would like to avoid breaking the user's workflow by forcing them to navigate to an external tool. Would there be a way to embed similar functionality into an existing project and redirect output programatically without prompting the user?

Ah.. I see.
I'm afraid it won't be easy to do so.You'll need to do pretty much modification to the current machform code to generate the form into a static HTML file.
