I am using the PHP version embed and tried creating a simple name field. There is a difference in the HTML rendered between what the preview shows and what is actually output. Specifically, there is a "br" tag after the first name "span" which means that the display is screwed up compared to what is previewed and is very hard (if not impossible) to fix with CSS styling.

Hmm.. there shouldn't be any "br" tags there.
