I have a very long form and when I am trying to edit it, it gives me this error

If I hit yes or no, I get the same results. Is there anything I can do to make this form active?

Hmm.. I must say that you have a very large form indeed.
I've noticed that MachForm javascript became unresponsive for large form. Have you tried using Firefox?
We're trying to figure out how to solve this, but I'm afraid the solution won't be available really soon for this one, Sorry. My only suggestion is to reduce your form fields.
If you really need to edit your form, you can also modify the records in ap_form_elements table to add/remove form fields.
