Hi Sir,
I have just purchase the MachForm, installed it, got it working, but today, for some reason I cannot login to the Admin Page, there are no error code or message displayed.
I have search your forum for solution(s), I am not using a powweb hosting solution, I am hosted with Bluegenesis.com.
Please let me know what I can do!

Have you checked your config.php file to be certain you have the password that you think is the correct password?

If you already have the correct user and password as defined on your config.php file, then there must be some problem with your server.

Thanks for your help, I reinstalled MachForm and everything is fine now.
I have something else, I find uploading the form page a little slow now, will it be anything to do with CAPTCHA, do you know what I can do to overcome that?
Also, is there anyway I can tied the entry datas in the database automatically to our company's CRM.

"Uploading the form page" - you don't need to upload the form as it is created dynamically from the MySQL database. I may have misunderstand your question.....can you clarify what you're asking?
Which version of Machform are you using? Also are you using the "Re-Captcha" or the inbuilt captcha option (you set it to one or the other in config.php)
In any case, if you edit the form and un-check the Captcha checking option, does that make a difference to the form loading - just to make sure that the captcha is the cause of the problem.
It might be just that you're on a slow server (caused by excessive load etc).
