I have used every username and password I have associated with MachForm to try and sign in to the customer area and I'm still not able to log in. I need to change my e-mail address on my account.
I'm sure it's me doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

I am new, too. I cannot seem to log back in so I can change my form. What am I doing wrong? When I try to log into http://www.appnitro.com/user, how do I get to my form in order to edit it again? I already have completed it, but can't locate it again. Thanks for your help.
If you need to edit your form, you should login to your machform admin panel instead of the customer area.
The location of your admin panel should be something like this:
http://www.yourdomain.com/machform/
If you forgot your username and password, simply open config.php file which is located under your machform folder.
