Lining up Checkboxes and Number field

    I have 10 items in a checkbox field and would like to put a number field next to each option for a quantity to be entered. Does anyone know how to align these eg

    Pink Bows Qty
    Blue Bows Qty
    Green Bows Qty

    Please help
