I just want to take some time to publicly thank the Support team for all of their persistence, professionalism, and technical knowledge. Due to some hosting problems and my own carelessness I have had some major problems with form creation. But the support staff here has taken a lot of time to hold my hand and correct the problems that were created. While I was tearing my hair out they were calmly guiding me to successful completions. Thank you guys for your help. You have a great program and great support to complement it.

I totally agree... Didn't get to the tearing hair out part, not at all actually, but the software is great and the support is fast and complete... Kudo's!

Yuniar you are not like most of those who sell a product then when asked a question the seller gets all bent out of shape. Sometimes that question may be asked numerous amount of times by new buyer/members.
Your patience with your members are greatly appreciated!
