   I am having an issue with php forms displaying correctly in the new version of machforms.

   Here is what they look like.

   That is a jpeg. How can someone diagnose the code without being able to see the code generated? What about a link to the actual page?

   Sorry for the delayed response. Here is the url to the page I am attempting to integrate the php forms. I have managed to fix some of the issues already, simply by changing duplicate css tag names. However I am still stomped as to why the fields are not aligning correctly.

   Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
