Internal Server Error

    I'm getting reports from customers that they are receiving a server error message when trying to submit a particular form on our site. There error people are getting is as follows:

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.Please contact the server administrator, support@supportwebsite.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    I am not getting the error message when I test, I'm getting a successful submission message. I have installed the latest update and it has not resolved the problem... Please help me.

    This most likely a permission problem, try to check your machform folder and files permissions, make sure it set as 755, except for "data" folder you can leave it as 777.

    However, if the problem still persist. Is it possible to post the form url in here ? otherwise you can sent details information to :

    customer.service[at]appnitro.com

    Thanks for the info, I'll redo the permissions and report back if the problem persists.
